We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
To use our Service, you must create an account by authenticating with Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent service limitations is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Our Service NEVER accesses, reads, stores, or analyzes the actual content of your emails. We only process email metadata (sender, subject, date, size) to provide our services.
To provide our Service, we require the following Gmail API permissions:
To read email headers, sender information, dates, and sizes
To perform bulk operations like trash, archive, or mark as read when you request them
All Gmail operations require your explicit consent and initiation
You can revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time through Google Account settings
We only perform actions on your emails when you specifically request them
Our use of Gmail APIs complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, share, or use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that email metadata analysis may not be 100% accurate. You should review recommendations before taking bulk actions on your emails.
Unsubscribe Feature: EmailSlim provides a one-click unsubscribe feature that allows you to unsubscribe from mailing lists using standard email headers (List-Unsubscribe) when available.
Availability: This feature is only available for emails that include unsubscribe headers. Not all senders include these headers, so the unsubscribe option may not be available for all emails.
How It Works: When you request to unsubscribe, EmailSlim will attempt to process the unsubscribe request on your behalf by sending the appropriate request to the sender's unsubscribe endpoint. We act solely as a facilitator of your request.
No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that unsubscribe requests will be honored by all senders. Some unsubscribe requests may fail due to technical issues, expired links, or sender policies. You should verify that you have been successfully unsubscribed by checking future emails from that sender.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that unsubscribe requests are appropriate and that you have the right to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Once unsubscribed, the action may be irreversible.
